Hey @nowmiles, thanks for trying 12ish and for the feedback! I haven't seen any issues with call quality, but if the person on the other end has a bad connection there's not really much we can do about it. Too bad the other person was late on the call. We have a rating and review system to help weed out the non-performers. Great idea about being able to extend the call and it's something on our minds. Cheers!
