appdesigns is a free, in-browser editor for App Store and Google Play screenshots. Drop in your screens, frame them in the latest iPhone, iPad or Mac, add headlines, backgrounds and stickers, and export at the exact sizes App Store Connect asks for. Design the whole set side by side, tilt and scale devices, or start from a community template. Unlimited exports, no watermark, and no account needed to start.

Framed a few screenshots in the latest iPhone mockup and had a full App Store set laid out side by side in a few minutes, no account wall in the way. Being able to tilt/scale the device frames instead of just dropping a flat screenshot into a fixed template made the set look less generic than most free screenshot tools. Exporting at the exact sizes App Store Connect wants (rather than guessing pixel dimensions) is the detail that actually saves time.

Community templates would be more useful if they were filterable by app category - scrolling through a generic template list to find something close to a fitness or finance app layout was slower than just starting from blank.

Xnapper is more about polishing a single screenshot fast (backgrounds, shadows, quick share). appdesigns is built specifically for the App Store submission workflow - device frames, headlines, and exact export sizes for a whole set of screens. If I just need one pretty screenshot I'd reach for Xnapper, but for an actual store listing appdesigns is the more purpose-built tool.
