April is a voice AI Executive Assistant that manages your email and calendar handsfree. Built for busy individuals who need an EA. Using just your voice you can ask April to reschedule meetings, delete junk email and respond to emails that matter.
Voice-first email management is brilliant in theory and April delivers a lot of value — summaries, deletes, and scheduling without touching the screen. That said, voice dictation mistakes or mis-sent replies could be costly.
I'm Neha - the co-founder & CEO of April (YC S25). April is a voice AI Executive Assistant that manages email and calendar hands-free. She's built for busy individuals who need an EA but don't have one yet!
Using just your voice you can ask April to - summarize important emails - send out replies that you dictate - delete promotional emails - give you your schedule for the day - move and RSVP to events
April does all that and much more. You can use April on your iPhone or iPad.
She's intelligent and learns more about your preferences and patterns over time. Now you can get to Inbox Zero and get on top of your schedule while you're driving to work, taking a walk or even doing chores. Screen-free and hands-free!
April's onboarding was super clean and I'm verrryyyy excited for the future potential this has. I'm curious what made the decision not to have a limited trial period and instantly paygate the experience?
Congrats on the launch @nehasuresh and stoked to see how folks use April!
Half of my emails are in Japanese (the other half in English). Does April work in multiple languages and can it seamlessly switch back and forth between them?
@rochellekopp yes, April does support multiple languages and can switch between languages very easily.

hey congrats on the launch.
sorry, but being a designer, I noticed the logo kinda looks like pointing middle finger? maybe coz the wave count is also the same as a fingers. just something I noticed
April sounds like a game-changer for anyone juggling a busy schedule. I love the hands-free approach—being able to manage emails and meetings just with your voice feels incredibly efficient.
btw, do you have plans to integrate with other productivity tools down the line?

Very slick product!
It's a bit scary opening up access to gmail though, because it contains so much sensitive information.
Does my email history stay on the device at least? Or if it sent to your servers or 3rd party servers, what are the mitigations to reduce the blast radius of a data breach?
Also, I tested it with calendar access, but it did not seem to be able to invite someone from my contacts to the calendar event. It said "I don't have access to your contacts", even though I did give it access.
