The BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys) model is a genius move for power users. I am sharing something I spotted. I found cognitive friction gap on your hero page. How? You’re pitching Control to artists, but the page feels more like a Developer Tool than a Creative Suite.
Filmmakers don't want to own the code. What they want? They want to own the scene blocking and character consistency. By leading with the Desktop App and Open Source benefits, you’re burying your most lethal feature: the Seedream 2.0 integration.
That’s your Ferrari engine, but you’re selling the garage it sits in.
Why not lead with a "Side-by-Side" comparison of "Prompting vs. Crafting" right at the top?

@taimur_haider1 fantastic feedback, and you're absolutely right. The BYOK piece is too power user-centric. The real sell - and the problem we're obsessing over and that our customers are delighted we're solving - is control.
The BYOK / open source stuff is still a selling point, but 90% of users will care about the control aspects.

@echelon Great! I sketched out a 60-second wireframe of that Directing vs. Prompting hero layout so you don't have to start from zero. It’s easier to show than type out here. I’ve got it ready for you over on LinkedIn (I think we have a few mutuals there) whenever you’re ready to take a look at the Ferrari version.

Here's our virtual film set tool:
You can create sets, characters, props, and then precisely "block out" your scene. A creative / art director will want to control what's in front of the camera, precisely position the camera and choose the "lens" (depth of field / foreground compression), and be able to revisit the same locations with consistency. Our tool makes all of that possible quickly and easily.
