Avocado app

My wife and I have used this app for a long time now and we are also paying for it we mainly use the lists functionality. Recently we however changed to use Google keep as the lists function in avocado have gotten worse over time. items jumping around, a looong response time when checking an item off (you have to wait 5-10 seconds before checking off the next item or it will not work), and it does not work when offline. Avocado have been nice but I am glad to have moved on.

Also, "Avocado" comes from "Aguacatl" in Nahuatl language, which means "testicle" because of how they hang from the trees. Just wanted to add this random fact. <3 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Avo...

Hi all ! Avocado founder here. Happy to answer any specific questions that you have and I'll respond to a few comments below.

I used this with my wife a few years ago. Great app! Now we use whatsapp as this is already on our phones, and you can do exactly the same thing.

I love these kind of apps, but find it hard to make a habit out of it. Me and the wife used Couple for awhile, and loved the Nudge option (She loved it more than me...) and the Thumb kiss, but it lasted a month or so. Someone here wrote about an Household management app, and I think that's a great idea!
