High Paul - Really excited about your project. We are currently using @smoochlabs to provide connectivity to SMS, Web chat, and Messenger. Any chance you would integrate with them? If you do I will be first in line to integrate it.
@chris_colleran@smoochlabs I have an idea. Why don't you get in touch with them? There is nothing more effective than a customer request going to them - much more powerful than me getting in touch with them out of the cold/blue. We'd be delighted to work with platforms that developers use to build bots. Absolutely. Unfortunately I don't know anyone at @smoochlabs.

Hello Bot Community and non-bot-marketing people :)
I'm the creator along with @Kamrul. We've been building chat bots and integrations for Slack, Facebook, HipChat and Skype for a while and have learned a lot over the past 2 years. The Platforms don't provide an easy way to see who's using your bot and then send messages without having to write code. So we built messaging and engagement tools so we could learn for our own bots. We then realized after speaking to other bot developers / owners, that they wanted the same tools and didn't want to build them.
So we extended the Platform for everyone building a bot - if you own a bot you can now benefit from having the ability to send marketing/product updates and campaigns to users within 30 seconds instead of wasting a developer's time having to write code.
Supports Slack and FB Messenger right now but we're extending to other platforms quickly - let us know your preferred platform please. We're also adding new features all of the time while iterating and improving what you see every day.
Think of this as your CRM for all your bots with built-in "Mailchimp for Bots". Please let us know what you think and ask us anything you like. Thanks again Chris! 😀

I must give you 100% credit for the name bCRM and for encouraging me to buy the domain - didn't come cheap but a good investment to show the community that we mean to invest heavily in this Platform. @chrismessina Thanks Chris. There's a company in Romania who just signed up - they're building a bot for a massive celeb with millions of followers on FB. They want to be able to provide them with a tool to schedule promotions. BOOM! :)

To me this seems more like a Marketing Campaign tool for ChatBots.
Get your message to your customers, run a promotion, conduct a survey - isn't that what all these App tools do?
Only this one - is for ChatBots!

Thanks @sethlouey, its our privilege to get your feedback and learn from it. The journey just started, but its the first step towards something that will be helpful to many.
It hasn't been easy ride few thousand email exchange, many hours of Skype with @Paul__Walsh, gallons of coffee, many sleepless nights (@Paul__Walsh, perhaps many more) and weekends (I think my Wife can count that :) ) gone behind it. Was it worth it? In my opinion definitely it was, getting the support from all.
We don't want to build something just amazing, we want to build something that helps many. Without feedbacks and support we can not hope to achieve it. So everyone chip in your 2 cents, all counts. :)
Love this product so much I decided to help the team. There is no point in creating a smart bot if you don't have the intelligence behind it to manage it. BCRM is the only service to combine analytics and messaging to that degree of intelligence. If I was a bot creator I would not hesitate a second to use it

This is extremely useful. Right now for us analysis of the Slack bot is so difficult. This will make the life super simple. Signing up straight away :)
Really excited to see bCRM launch, Paul showed me his early prototype and I immediately saw the potential. As messaging becomes the platform of the future, businesses built on messaging will need the same tools we need elsewhere. I think bCRM is the first in a new line of businesses that will meet that need!
@sbyrnes Yikes. When it rains it pours. I was over the moon when you agreed to have coffee with me Sean. You were generous with your time and curt feedback. As the founder of Flurry (!!!) you have unique insight to what works. And you're always there to answer my questions too :)
