Great to see this come out from under the covers @paulwalsh . Very smart move to make this for Facebook Messenger and Slack, which seem to me to be two sides of the one conversation, and a real nexus of the innovation between customer faceing conversations and the companies and people that have to support these conversations. bCRM looks really easy to use and will no doubt find a waiting audience in the bot development community.

Love this implementation of a core technology that has been proven for years now. Watching bots closes in my role within Bank of Ireland and this service would make any move in that direction a lot easier.
