How do you balance notification frequency to keep it useful without becoming overwhelming during the day?

@sanskarix Honestly, this has been one of the trickiest parts -- length, cadence, frequency of messages (not to mention content, prose, vibe, relevancy, personalization). We're not perfect yet, but we're pretty good :)
