Hi there, Together with my partner we have experienced Bizplan because we were searching for a tool which would help us with the Business Plan design & presentation. Unfortunately, we've been very disappointed. Yes, the tool itself looks nice & modern, but it lack a LOT of customizations & functionalities Cons: No preview button, no color& font formatting option when writing texts, you cannot place your logo wherever you want on the cover page etc. If you don't know how to use the product, the knowledge base that they have is very very scarce in information. Moreover, they have sent us some Business Plan examples which were made with a concierge service (a premium service) without specifying that the tool is not able to offer such customizations. Poor communication & poor customer support. They didn't even even bother to reply to our last email with our overall feedback. Pro: It only helps as a guidance when you don't know what to include in your business plan. But you can still find some FREE ideas on the internet. It's definitely a NO GO if you're searching for something truly flexible, customizable and with a decent list of functionalities.

Bought Bizplan for Life, extremely buggy. I can't even log in anymore as the website breaks after singing in. Definitely not a product you'd want to rely on or purchase.

@philip_gregory Different use cases really. Pitch Deck is typically used in 1:1 situations or for a real quick visual summary. I have mostly used pitch decks when raising VC in my life. We don't really think of a business plan as something you produce just to share like a pitch deck. Most of the value to the user actually comes through the guided thought process of delving into the mechanics of the business in detail, which is sometimes easy to overlook with a high level pass like a pitch deck.
