Great program for 3D modeling. I wanted to create my own character and decided to choose blender for that. There are so many tutorials on blender. I liked that the whole creation process can be done in one program. \OO/

Aside from amazing modeling & animation tools, you can actually use this to tweak 3D models for 3D printers rather than just downloading and printing them as-is. You can create your own pretty easily too.

My favourite open source tool. You can do almost anything with it. I am mostly using ist for pre-rendering videos and creating content for Unreal Engine.

I use Blender on a daily basis for modeling 3D printed products. After evaluating all the tools that I would consider buying, I came right back to the free program. And I haven't found a need to buy any of the others.

Been using blender for the past 4-5 years of my life and I absolutely love this software. It has come so far and still has so much improvements that just keep flowing in. Blender remains open source and absolutely free while being able to take on giants like Maya and 3ds MAx
