We use Blobfish to train our sales team, and it has been a game changer for sales management productivity. Our sales reps can now practice in a lower pressure environment and share their calls with their manager asynchronously so we spend less time role playing in 1:1 meetings and more time coaching. It’s created a more scalable, consistent way to improve performance across the entire team.
We use Blobfish for training & onboarding our new sales reps. The experience feels very realistic. The tone of voice and speaking speed feel natural. The questions and objections are highly relevant and align with conversations I am coaching (MLS compliance, manual vs. automated listing uploads).
