Blobfish AI is a conversational AI platform that specializes in voice-based simulations for call centers. Founded in 2024, the company offers tools to help call center agents and sales teams practice real-life customer interactions.

We use Blobfish for training & onboarding our new sales reps. The experience feels very realistic. The tone of voice and speaking speed feel natural. The questions and objections are highly relevant and align with conversations I am coaching (MLS compliance, manual vs. automated listing uploads). It also surfaces believable, common objections, which makes the role-plays feel authentic and valuable for training.

We use Blobfish to train our sales team, and it has been a game changer for sales management productivity. Our sales reps can now practice in a lower pressure environment and share their calls with their manager asynchronously so we spend less time role playing in 1:1 meetings and more time coaching. It’s created a more scalable, consistent way to improve performance across the entire team.

I've been using Blobfish AI since September 2024 and it has helped me to get significantly better at business communication. As someone who was new to Business Development I needed to learn many things: how to present our product, how to correctly understand customer demands and questions as well as how to make sure the conversation leads to future meetings. Blobfish has helped me with all of those needs. I gained confidence and practiced as many time as I needed to be fully prepared for any question.
