Oh my God @elv1n - this is brilliant, and everything I need to keep projects and clients separate. I'm in love. Maximum kudos from your newest multi seat Pro user!
All I need now is mobile ;). Any time horizon there? I'd kill for a dedicated desktop app, too. (I'll feel very silly if this is already available and I missed it. 😳.)
I've a million ideas in re how you could sell this, how partner programs could make a real dent, and how my peers in the consulting space would love to engage with this service. 😍. Is there an easy way to reach you, both for the purposes of lavishing further praise on you and team? :P
@seymourgroup So pleased to know that you like it 😊
Thank you very much for your kind words!
Sure, you can reach me directly via contact@boardist.io
Mobile app with offline mode is definitely one of the priorities. I will also consider making a desktop app in the future. Stay with us! 🚀

It's a great product to keep everything in one place. I'm guilty of bookmarking bunch of pages while keeping notes in my phone and notebooks and sending links to my friends with the message ''ignore it, I need it for later''.
This one could be a game changer for me. Also, website looks great :)
@una_vidakovic Thanks a lot!
I had the same problems too :)
Bookmarks are always a mess and I want to bring an organization to them through the service and browser extension. The extension is pretty limited for now, but in the future, it should not only synchronize the bookmarks but help to manage them easily (the concept is similar to OneTab and Toby extensions).

I have participated in Boardist beta and I gotta say that I find it quite convenient to record my ideas and thoughts on the board. It helps me to organize myself so now I use it very often and can't imagine my everyday life without it ❤️
👋 Hey Product Hunters!
Every one of us is nearly lost in the digital world of information – everyday we get more and more data that is stored on different resources and it is becoming extremely inconvenient and inefficient to search for it every time it is needed. Nevertheless, it seems that, for now, there are solutions to this problem for business needs mostly.
Boardist is a universal tool to store and organize ideas, materials, tasks or even bookmarks designed for personal needs. It is an easy-to use workspace where it is convenient to collect and structure all the data on multiple boards, usually organised by topics. Simple UI of the software mis empowered with shortcuts and navigation tools.
The main ideas that lie behind the product:
- Time, space & data management
- Easy to use and navigate
- Flawless for personal needs
- Secure & privacy-oriented
For sure, there are tons of additional features baked in Boardist:
- Collaboration with other users
- Kanban planner and productivity reports
- Pomodoro timer
- Chrome extension to sync bookmarks
- Import from Trello and Todoist
Though Boardist is at its early stage there will be much work done to create a great service. Here are some highlights of what is going to be next:
- Mobile app with offline mode
- Extension to capture page content and add new records faster
- Powerful documents
- Integration with Calendars
The history of the product goes back to 2018 when I created its prototype. Having been using it for more than a year I find it a very useful tool so I decided to share it with others. The last 4 months were spent working hard to make Boardist a ready-to-use Service.
Hope you will enjoy using it!
Any feedback on the concept is highly appreciated! 😊
Very easy to use, think I prefer it to Trello! Also, I have some annotated comments on your landing page that should help with general visual appeal and structure - https://app.usebubbles.com/770aa... -- cheers!
@tom4 Hi Tom,
Thank you for sharing your thoughts, I highly appreciate it! I will definitely consider your comments and continue improving UI of the landing page 👋

I have tested Boardist and I really like the note taking expeirence (like jumping between and creating new notes in just a click. The task scheduling feature also is very helpful and the user interface is clean and intuitive. The browser extension for quick bookmarking is one of my favourite features, because I come across so many articles and videos that I want to keep for later. Keep up the great work!
However, I prefer Pine because of also including habit and stats trackers, because of nestable sub-boards (like Work -> Programming -> Client Website 1 -> Planning phase) and because notes, tasks, trackers, bookmarks and files can live in multiple boards (tags) - like a task "book tech conference flights" can be under "Tech blog -> Events" as well as under "Travel". You can also move back or forward in time on your "timeline" to see what notes you have written, what tasks you did or still have to do, what habits and stats you have logged and which files and bookmarks you have added.
@nidanizam Thanks for your question!
The key difference with Notion is the way how data is structured. I think it's easier to navigate and use the data on a board than within a document. However, as a drawback, the amount of information on the board is more limited than in the document for comfortable usage. That's why I believe Boardist won't work well enough for huge volumes of data and big teams.
We are also more focused on personal needs. For example, we already have an extension for bookmarks. Our next steps will include providing content scrappers and more productivity tools.
My goal is to provide the best experience with data organization.
The idea is very close to Millanote and I think the main difference here is more focus on the compact structure and performance tools
