Fibery is like a Swiss Army Knife, it will fit your use cases and adapt to your company needs instead of the other way around. The AI for creating spaces is surprisingly good. You describe what you need, and it creates the space with all the needed boards and relations. Then, you fine-tune it, and it's ready to go. The last thing that I love about the tool is how open the team is; they always share what they are working on, if something is not planned in the short term, and answer all your questions.

This product is gold. Currently using it for a product startup. Have tried competitors (Notion, Teams, etc etc) but it is the only one that meets all my needs. Positives 1. Highly adaptable / flexible 2. Great for nonstandard usecases outside tech and design eg science, physical product development 3. Cost effective - especially because it incorporates many tools its competitors only allow for links to 4. Amazing customer service 5. Fibery just received large Series A funding which removes a lot of risk for new customers unsure about investing time in a new product (Congratulations Fibery, well deserved) Negatives 1. Design not as modern or clean as Notion, but really who would you prefer to hire for the job - the guy who needs a haircut but knows everything or the guy with the nice suit but with nothing below the surface - easy choice* 2. Missing a couple of useful features - cannot export easily to PDF Many thanks to the Fibery team! * Just checked back on the Fibery website and this negative about design is less relevant. Fibery allows me to follow the whole lifecycle of product management, really. I can link everything the way I want, in 1 single app for the best overview of progress. I use it for ideation, user research insights, customer support feedback, strategy, roadmapping and so on. Everything is linked together such that we can really understand where a feature idea started. Understanding the user needs is key! An out-of-the-box 2-way integration with JIRA would be nice, even if that could be achieved using the API. The only thing I'm really missing is a simple way to create a visualization of the roadmap adapted for executives. Something that would update automatically and would be visually appealing. Overall, Fibery is fantastic and I enjoy having all Product Management data in the same app with meaningful links. And their support is really good.

It's an all-in-one solution for clients, leads, notes, offers, strategy, projects, planning. The CRM part integrates with Calendly, Active Campaign, WooCommerce and all kind of systems so that your workspace is always up-to-date. And when a client or leads come in... we've automated everything. Client onboarding/offboarding tasks, reminders after sending a proposal to a lead. Complete projects when a new offer comes in. For everything you do more than once, we've made a task/project template. New product launches, onboarding a new team member, do your stay-out-of-jail administrative tasks etc. Will save a lot of time and prevent mistakes 😏 We are also building a content hub which is completely integrated with the CRM part. You can turn notes & information in forms into VOC data. Then write a content idea for that. Plus a whole system to repurpose your best content on different platforms. And the knowledge hub is completely integrated with the strategic part. You will turn knowledge into tasks / goals / etc. so that you actually do stuff with all that knowledge 🤪 With Fibery you can say goodbye to Notion, Google Doc, whatever PM tool you use, external data dashboards... And with the build in automations and formulas you can say goodbye to Zapier/Make etc. as well. If you have the right vision, you can build everything inside Fibery. And the best part is their amazing customer support and weekly released. Their releases make me more happy than chocolate and that says a lot 🤣 And no, I'm not sponsored. I've tried to build this in ClickUp. But I got completely insane because of al the bugs and limitations. Then I found out Fibery and we're the best couple since because they are the only one that can handle all my ideas❤️

I'm well-versed in nocode solutions like Make/Zapier, and Fibery seems to be the next logical step for those that are looking for what's next in a post-Notion, post-Airtable world. I almost made a huge migration to ClickUp but found Fibery shortly before really jumping in to ClickUp. I think this was ultimately the right decision because they iterate on the product so fast and everything seems to just WORK. I also really like their overall vibe of not taking themselves too seriously and also am impressed with the documentation, which ultimately is a testament to the effectiveness of the product itself. Built-in support for Notion, Airtable, Github, etc. make it easy to test out, while support for Make/Zapier means that you should be able to make anything work with Fibery. The learning curve is a little steep, so this is definitely not for the faint of heart. However, for nocoders looking for the next gamechanging platform, look no further!

Fibery is the best piece of software I have found for keeping track of everything related to running my research lab. It lets me structure my information when its helpful and adjust processes as we discovered what works best for us. I've never been able to stick to an organization system before because I always found myself throwing it out to switch to something that had the latest feature I think I need. Fibery is so extensible that I can instead channel that energy into making my system better and actually using it.

We use Fibery to manage all our startup processes, from customer discovery over HR until CRM, Project management and documentation. We could replace 27 of our 36 internal tools: Fibery is a rocket for managing all sorts of processes and lets us the freedom to create our own templates and spaces aka processes, if needed. Thanks Michael and the Fibery team for such a great product and I can't wait to see version 2!

I tested Fibery for my team end of 2022 and realised how much potential this product has. I really enjoyed modular approach to building working spaces and ability to connect anything to everything inside Fibery. We landed on another product now, but I keep returning and playing with Fibery often, hoping to convince my team to switch at some point.

Almost perfect app, with a fantastic team behind it! Here an example of how good they are: I had an issue with the creation of an object, I wrote in the chat the issue, in 2 minutes I had the answer: the issue was reproduced, and they were already started to work on the fix. After 20 minutes it was fixed and released ... Impressive!

in a world of "second-brain", automation, note-keeping/docs, buzz-words and generally rather hollow hype; fibery truly is a way more powerful and elaborate alternative to contenders like trello, monday, asana anytype, notion, obsidian and especially the abyssmally rigid/tedious "confluence" et al. including a lower-level philosophy exposing databases, formulas, api-interactions, integrations combined with very sophisticated high-level logic, conditionals, sorting, coloring, nesting and all sorts of extremely powerful, smart, innovative, combined... functions that can usually be leveraged in multiple ways even by non-experts. you can basically streamline, connect or define... and shape entire communication and process hierarchies, or API-interfaces for yourself, small teams, SBU's or even larger orgs or companies to the point of maximizing the exponential collaborators or structure exponentially, multipliciatively by a factor of 10... or more. no matter if practical things, CRM, accounting, automations, connections with others tools or requirements. While achieving basically iteration-, feature-testing or implementation-times of sometimes literal seconds. Usually minutes. Rarely Hours: All the while your team can simultaneously go on working with live-data, even when changing deeper things like DB-relations or other extensions. Everything is extremely impressive and decoupled. I have been using Fibery personally and professionally for several Years now and I absolutely love it: "Between the lines and numbers", in practical tech, complexity and challenging collaboration and complexity... reality. This tool in capable hands and proper setup, comms. Can quickly leverage/save 100's of Thousands even Millions - Even for SBU's or smaller teams. There is nothing like it. You should really try it out. :)
