So, we spent the last year completely rebuilding Body Size to focus on the metrics that actually drive health span. This is our biggest update ever. We moved beyond simple tape measurements to build a proper Longevity & Body Composition engine. What makes this release different? 🧬 Bio Age & Longevity: We now use your measurements to estimate your biological age. (Are you aging slower than your birthday says?) 💪 Real Composition: We added algorithms for Lean Body Mass, Muscle Mass, and updated our Somatotype logic (fixing the math on Pear vs. Hourglass shapes). ⚡️ VO2Max Integration: Your energy and macro recommendations now adapt based on your VO2Max and step count, not just a generic formula. We also scrapped the old UI and built new Widgets from scratch for iPhone and Apple Watch so you can see your stats at a glance.
