How does it work if I'd like to transfer the existing tasks from apps built for humans, such as Todoist, Jira, Trello, and so on, to your app to assign these tasks to agents? Are there any integrations or something?

I'm looking for comments exactly like yours to prioritize future development, and adding an integration layer or an import tool could definitely be a smart next step to help with migration.
