3) Our core: we don’t conceive a chatbot just as a text responses bot, but as an automation assistant for your customer operations. This means that Brainwave, in addition to text-based answers, can perform actions and processes involved in a conversation, such as collecting leads, closing demos or pretty soon automating returns and refunds. This allows our chatbot to handle even complex issues, and increase containment to 70-90% of all customer inquiries and automate 2-3x customer support work, vs other alternatives which can reach 20-30% automation at their maximum capabilities.

My concern revolves around the absence of an unbranded version tailored for startups. This situation poses a distraction and an undesirable departure from my website that I cannot afford, especially considering the service's paid nature.
