Proven business models that have driven success for global leaders across industries. Rethink how your business can create, deliver, and capture value.
@fabdurso Thanks so much for the upvote and the encouragement!
It's hard to say at this point, but seeing how teams work with it, their discussions (on a whole new level) and the results they end up with, I'm very optimistic about the impact of this deck.
My other decks are very much focused on underestanding users and customers, how they think and how to design something that works for them.
But there are two sides of the coin to any successful product:
1. The user side (it solves a customer need)
2. The business side (it works for the business)
Until the launch of this deck, I've been very (almost too much) concerned with the first.
That's why I created the Business Model Patterns - to close the gap between user needs and business needs.
It works so well in harmony with the other decks - but can surely also act as a stand-alone deck.
I'm crossing my fingers for it! 🤞🏻
@stockmarr Thanks, @stockmarr!
I managed to pull off the design under some serious counselling from a fellow Lenus eHealth colleague, Amir Gavriel-Hazan (🙏).
The fantastic illustrations are by artist Annesofie Sandal - a Dane resident in New York.
Upvoted!seems like a neat toolkit for shaking up the boardroom brainstorming sessions.
With all these giants to look up to, is there room for customization to fit the little league players? How adaptable are these patterns for small businesses that might not have resources like the global honchos?

Looks awesome 👏🏻
Playing games is such a great way to learn new topics. 🃏
@derkolstad Thanks so much! I’m glad you like it.
Facilitating a game-like setting as a learning and collaboration tool is indeed an effective way collaborate (and align around complex concepts).
Great product images. Great copy on your landing page too!

Congratulations on the launch! You've caught me off guard. It's the first non-software product I've come across here on PH, and though I'm not a veteran of the platform, it's an absolutely brilliant find—original and creative. I'm genuinely curious to try it out, though personally, the price is a bit steep. Still, the upvote is necessary. A truly intriguing idea!
I'm also launching a platform here on PH this Saturday, and it would be immensely valuable to hear your thoughts! As a brand, you could also benefit from it once launched. It will allow you to achieve a significant level of engagement on your social media posts through gamified campaigns and social farming, making it easier to trend. Trending equals money.
Best of luck with everything, and you have my guaranteed upvote.

Like many on PH, I work in an industry that is purely digital. Yet I find these kinds of products simply fantastic.
Here in Italy, a company has developed on the same concept (digital + physical) several packs of cards that help with business planning and storytelling [sefirot.it, for instance]. Your deck seems the perfect combination to further enrich the experience.
The feel of the paper, working in a three-dimensional space and being able to interact directly and physically with other team members during gamification sessions are elements that drastically enrich the experience of the sessions.
Congratulations!
@filippo_calabrese ! I’m thrilled to hear that our card deck resonates with your experiences in Italy.
Absolutely, the tactile element of physical cards and the dynamic of collaborating in a shared physical space can deeply enhance learning and collaboration.
It's great to know that our deck could complement and enrich the tools you're already using. Here’s to more engaging and productive sessions with your team!
