Most scheduling tools are designed to fill your day. CalendarPA is built to protect it. It is a full-featured booking platform that puts burnout protection first. Automatically block lunch, set daily meeting limits, and force buffers between calls. Beyond boundaries, it handles the heavy lifting: recurring bookings, group coaching sessions, coupons, and automated pre/post-event workflows. Take payments via Stripe, Square, or PayPal and reduce no-shows with automated SMS and email reminders.

Hey PH!
I realized my calendar was basically a list of reasons I hadn't eaten lunch yet. Most schedulers are right at filling your time, but they’re terrible at actually protecting it, so I built CalendarPA to fix that. The goal was a scheduler that actually respects boundaries instead of just blindly booking slots, with some tech chops that won't ever allow double booking. Here’s a taste of what’s under the hood:
Easy Setup: Get onboarded in under 60s then directly import event types from Calendly, TidyCal, ZCal or any others in just a few clicks.
Burnout protection: Auto-block lunch, set daily meeting limits, and force buffers between calls.
Flexible booking: Limits per booking type, recurring sessions, group/coaching types, and co-hosted event types for mutual availability.
Business tools: Sell credit bundles (packages) upfront or take instant payments via Stripe, Square, STAX, or PayPal.
Automation: Pre and post-event workflows plus automated SMS/email reminders.
Growth: Built-in coupon support and contact management
The basics: One link for multiple durations, custom intake questions, and full timezone intelligence.
The free tier is genuinely generous and not just a stripped-back trial. That said, if you sign up and ping me via the support widget (bottom right) mentioned you saw this on Product Hunt, I’ll upgrade you to the Pro tier for life.
Would love to hear what you think!
