You’re right to expect basic workflow improvements like favoriting folders and a faster “reply with Copilot” action, and it’s fair to call out that we didn’t implement what you asked for within the timeframe you expected. Since then we have shipped major releases like AI Copilot improvements, Inbox Zero workflows, and ongoing stability updates - but that doesn’t help if your specific blockers remain. If you’re open to it, reply here (or DM) with the exact folder-favorite behavior you need and your “custom prompt” use case, and we’ll share the most accurate current status (in progress vs planned vs not currently scheduled).
