This is so needed! This helps level the playing field for people without the strongest networks (yet!) to find and work with the best leaders. There's a part of this that is about avoiding bad managers, but I think the bigger idea is GOOD leaders getting the spotlight and ability to find and attract great talent.

Very cool product, congrats on the launch! Love the people-centric angle and that it flips the job hunt process on its head and lets the prospective employee consider/get a feel for who they’ll be working with (rather than referencing only going the other way)
