Wow!! What a great idea. The work environment is so greatly effected by the people in it and this is a great platform to individually evaluate that. Also, I feel as though one does their best work when supported and surrounded by people they feel confident around and personalities they work best with. This can be a great way to figure that out before starting a position and in turn leads to success for all companies/startups from the get-go! Great job Kelsey!

This is a FANTASTIC idea @kelseycbishop! It can be so challenging to get helpful and detailed referenced for candidates, especially those outside of a typical network. On the flip side, we want to do everything we can to tell potential employees about our culture and team - if there's a way employees can genuinely express that, it's a win-win for all!

So excited that there’s a platform that helps level the playing field, and creates a space to hear all voices no matter how junior or how senior on what it’s like to work with someone firsthand. I’ve experienced countless instances of someone flying under the radar, and putting on a front with leadership, where in reality their peers or reports are miserable and powerless. Candor is such an important missing piece to understanding the full digital resume of an employee today. Go candor!

As a rising senior who has just been through the job market, I see a huge need for Candor’s services. Most platforms out there lack transparency and genuine feedback. I especially like the option to anonymously request a review as many candidates might not have a network from which to draw the right connections or simply want to skip cold messaging. Congrats on the launch and excited for what’s to come!
