I've spent 10 years in the corporate world. Early on, I was eager and ambitious β focused on climbing to Director or VP. But as I moved up, something shifted. I stopped being a person and became a "title." My skills were constantly questioned. When I applied to roles I was more than qualified for, I was met with silence or rejection, with no explanation why.
That experience revealed a deeper problem: job seekers are flying blind. You pour effort into applications with no real way to know how well you actually match, where the gaps are, or whether the posting itself is even clear about what it wants.
Career-University gives applicants that intelligence.
