@franksondors Personal struggles to be honest! I went through periods in the past where I struggled to even get an interview and studied everything I could about resume writing and the application process. The pain was the rewriting and revising part since it's so time-consuming. In addition to that, so many of my friends were laid off this year, it came together. @sentry_co I've heard a lot about this, but I feel the pain point is really in the resumes. There are so many talented people out there who may not be showing off their best and relevant skills. Outreach will be much more effective when target candidates are "making themselves seen". I'm hoping Flavored Resume can do just that!

@persuasionkid My current target market is recently laid off people in the middle of their career (around the age range of late 20s to early 40s). Not exclusive of course but as I grow the solution, it will be better able to serve other groups.
