When a customer disputes a charge, you have 7-21 days to respond or lose the money. Most merchants don't respond or spend hours on weak evidence. Reflex gathers receipts, 3D Secure auth, device fingerprints, and delivery proof, timestamps everything with RFC 3161 cryptographic proof, and submits in under 60 seconds. $0/month. 15% success fee only when you win (vs 25% Chargeflow, 20% Disputifier).

CertNode Reflex
Locking proof at checkout with RFC 3161 timestamps in CertNode Reflex is smart, it's harder to argue with than a narrative alone. Does Reflex map dispute reasons to a checklist so the right evidence goes out every time? A signed evidence packet for the issuer would make this stick.

Great question. Yes, every dispute gets scored against 8 evidence factors (3DS, AVS, CVC, delivery, customer history, device fingerprint, IP geolocation, prior refunds). The autopilot builds the package from what’s actually present, not a generic template.
The evidence PDF is cryptographically signed. SHA-256 hash, RFC 3161 timestamp from an independent TSA, JWS signature. Seven pages including a legal framework section citing FRE 902(13) for self-authenticating digital records.
I built it because “I have proof” means nothing if the proof isn’t verifiable.
Congrats on the launch, CertNode Reflex looks promising for e-commerce merchants. To optimize growth, consider emphasizing trust signals and case studies to build credibility. What is your strategy for acquiring your first customers?

Right now it's all about the Stripe marketplace, as merchants find us when they're already dealing with a dispute. Zero friction install, autopilot kicks in immediately. First customers are basically self-selecting because nobody installs a chargeback app unless they need one. Case studies will come once we've got a few wins under our belt.
Congrats on launching Reflex, Steven. The fast submission is key, but what’s your strategy for acquiring merchants effectively?
CertNode Reflex
@austinelvis
Stripe marketplace is the main channel. Merchants searching "chargeback" or "dispute" in the app store find us. We're also on Shopify (in review) and Square (submitted). The multi-platform angle means we catch merchants wherever they process payments.
Congrats on launching CertNode Reflex. The pricing model is compelling, but what are your key metrics for customer retention?
CertNode Reflex
@austinelvis
Win rate is the only metric that matters, honestly. If we win disputes, merchants stay forever, as it's free until we win, so there's zero reason to leave. We track win rate by dispute type, evidence strength score, and time-to-submission. The goal is sub-60-second quality evidence submission from the moment a dispute hits.
