Yes, all your information is converted into embeddings, and then we do a semantic search and pass the final snippet to OpenAI for the answer.

We are still experimenting with GTM one TG at a time, but currently focusing on e-commerce stores that have many products.

I think this is it. It cut shorts the wait time by light speed. With chat gpt integrated i know the knowledge it possess is to the point.
This will change everything around how we see customer support. Making life easier for everyone.

Always curious on how platforms like these arrive with claims like "reduce customer support efforts by 60%". How did you measure this? Do you mean cost for ops? How are you measuring effort? Do you have any methodology you used to arrive to this statistic?
