Much needed product in customer support space to bring the super high cost. Generative AI transforming applications in ours lives and this product is great demonstration for the same. Chatcare does require a few enhancement and new features but good to start with. βπ»

This will definitely reduces the dependency on the support team, using AI we can do much more new enhancements which we can't do with human interactions. Keep going Prasad!!
@surendra_gokavarapu2 Thanks for your belief. Yes, most of the consumer companies have 100s of support reps. Most of their efforts go into answering repeated questions and solving common problems. Can't wait to see them transform.
Hi mate, congratulations on the launch.
The Ui is pretty clean and simple similar to chatbase to some extent. Is there any feature which differentiates chatcare from chatbase
@pratik_shelar87 thanks for the compliments.Like you rightly pointed out, the product at the base level is quite similar to chatbase. The difference is in the GTM/positioning, we are targeting e-commerce stores and we have a roadmap that reflects. I believe there are bunch of niche specific features that will eventually make Chatcare a better fit for.
Super cool stuff mate! I appreciate the simplicity in your tool! I use Intercom and it's quite a heavy tool to navigate. Excited to see how this grows!

- How do we ensure that the bot has access to comprehensive and up-to-date content to generate accurate responses?
- Fine-tuning the chatbot's understanding of domain-specific terminology may be necessary.
- If the bot heavily relies on ChatGPT-powered APIs, how does it handle availability and reliability?
One more thing that piques my curiosity: How did the team arrive at the 60% reduction figure? π€"

1. We have a way manual way through which you can re-index your content. We are also working on an Auto Reindex feature which will be launched very soon
2. Fine-tuning coming soon too
3. At the moment we are relying on ChatGPT but we are also actively exploring other LLMS for reliability.
