@williamrobertscott Great point! Yes respondents know upfront that they’re speaking with AI. We’ve found that this new type of conversation actually makes young people more engaged. Without the social pressures of talking to a real person, they feel more comfortable expressing their true thoughts—no fear of judgment, no need to hold back for esteem. It’s a fresh and open way to gather deep insights!

Yes we specifically calibrated voice-to-voice LLMs (vs. TTS) to capture the subtle cuesbehind the respondents' voices such as tone, emphasis, and emotional connotations. Voice-to-voice LMs also lead to faster responses time and more human-like conversational flow. This is a fascinating area that we have been exploring but there is still a lot to do. Glad chikka successfully launched! In fact, I've been looking forward to something like this, because it really solves a lot of practical problems. As we all know, it is difficult for AI to really think like a human in many scenarios and grasp the overall progress and rhythm of the interview, so how does chikka make this part better?

It sounds like a very innovative product. It would be great if the voice interview could be done using AI, but I wonder if it would be easy to set up the interview process, and if the AI could be friendly to complete the interaction with a real person?
