Wow, I'm truly blown away by this platform! I think you might have found something truly ground-breaking. I was literally just playing around with Claude seeing if they can match jobs to people on my team, and it was failing pretty spectacularly. This could be a complete game changer with a lot of different use cases. I think it would be interesting to see if Clera can match my embedded recruiting firm with companies that are specifically looking for shorter term / contract recruiter roles for short term hiring sprints, and maybe Clera can optimize for things like big rounds just being raised, or scan LinkedIn for posts where those companies are posting contractor roles or individual hiring managers are posting contract recruiting roles for their respective teams. There's a good number of embedded / RPO firms out there that focus exclusively on this, so I think your solution would be veryyyy attractive. I'm happy to be a guinea pig for this as well :) Great work Alexander and team, you guys have NAILED this product from all aspects!

@tabishjesrai Thank you so much Tab!! Super nice product ideas! Thinking about what makes sense for us to include in our roadmap, but yeah I agree that our agents should be active on more platforms! The intelligence part for the company onboarding is still in its early days but great to see that it already works so good!!

What's the data-residency story for the iMessage/WhatsApp side? Asking because job-search conversations include some of the most sensitive career data, and curious where it lives.

@fredcallagan Great question - we take this really seriously given how sensitive job-search data is.
All conversations are processed and stored on secure, encrypted servers in the US. We don’t use WhatsApp/iMessage as a source of truth - they’re just the interface, while data lives in our backend and we ensure that no one can access your data.
We've been using Clera at Pluno and already hired 2 engineers who came from Clera!
Quality of the profiles we receive is far higher than what we've had with traditional recruiters, and it saves us lots of time not having to manually reach out to great candidates.

Is this only for IT? Can I choose a region?

@mykyta_semenov_ Hey, good questions. It's not only for IT - a large amount of our roles are software engineering roles but we also cover sales, design, marketing, product etc. - basically all roles that startups hire for.
As for regions, you can choose your regions but we mainly work with companies in the US and central Europe right now. Some of them hire remotely as well but mostly within their timezone.

@olga_kargopolova Totally agree and this is why we built Clera! Even if candidates don't match any of the currently open roles at the startups we work with or get rejected, we tell them so. One of our metrics at Clera is keeping the number of ghosted users at 0 and communicate transparently where they are standing.
