Corgi is a full-stack insurance carrier building better, faster insurance products for startups. We’re not a broker, so we underwrite and issue policies directly, with fewer handoffs, less friction, and better pricing. Corgi provides the following lines of coverage, and more: - Directors & Officers - Commercial General Liability - Tech Errors & Omissions - Cyber Liability - Employment Practices Liability - Media Liability - Hired and Non-Owned Auto - Representations & Warranties

@vouchy This was for one of our first "big" deal that my team was about to close. We didn't realise the contract would require insurance from our end (e&o and cyber) and I remember scrambling to get quotes because time kills all deals. We were able to close in the end but it was super frustrating that we couldn't get quoted fast enough.
Great idea and offering! Quick question though: it's US-only, right?
I would expect it to be US-only, but perhaps you went really wild and can already broker globally.
@christophe_henner US only for now, but we'll be working hard to provide insurance internationally very soon!
Corgi Insurance looks amazing! Love the modular coverage approach. How do you tailor the Tech E&O specifically for early-stage SaaS companies with limited customer data?

Congrats on the launch! 🚀 As someone who's hired (and dreaded the manual grind) in HK startups, this looks like a game-changer for automating the tedious bits without losing the human touch.
The onboarding flow is seriously impressive — super clean, intuitive, and that quick personalization with tone/language prefs makes it feel tailored from minute one. Nice touch! Just signed up to test the free tier.
Quick Q: How well does it handle multilingual candidate screening (e.g., mixing English/Chinese resumes in Asia markets)? Rooting for you guys — keep building! 🙌
Do you offer insurance for deals/contracts?
As someone just starting as a 1099 for an org that needed me to carry insurance, I was super excited to try this out and loved the ease of use and low-touch method where I didn't have to talk to someone or go back and forth. That was, until I got to the quote and it was 3x every other quote I've gotten so far, to the tune of $3k annually vs. $1k for the same coverage from well-known insurance providers :(
@robroark At the moment, we focus on business insurance rather than personal coverage. We’re working hard to expand and hope to support your personal insurance needs soon!
@josh_jung hey Josh, super excited for that expansion, but this actually business insurance I was referencing; my upstream “customer” requires me to carry business insurance including CGL, Cyber liability, and E&O. Not sure if sole proprietor/small LLC is just out of scope for now or not, but if it’s not, happy to chat more on my specific use cases and scenario if you all are looking for that kind of insight!
@robroark Why don't you shoot me an email at josh@corgi.insure and I can help you out there!
