I’m really impressed with the analytics feature it seems like a fantastic way to identify content gaps in help docs. How detailed are those insights (like failed queries or unanswered intents)?

Does it work with private or internal documentation like content behind a login or is it just for public-facing material?
@imogen_barrett Currently public facing content but you can add Actions (APIs) that will be used by the bot for complex use cases. Happy to discuss more Imogen :)
Analytics are fantastic but are you providing actionable recommendations like add this missing FAQ or just displaying raw query data?

Turning help docs into a chatbot is such a clever idea. Does the bot keep itself updated with the latest docs automatically or do you have to retrain it every time new information comes in?
@gabriel_phillips Thanks for that Gabriel. You can configure auto updates as well on the knowledge base so that it is up to date
