@jackson_wells Currently the AI takes care of responses. You can customise it by the system prompts though.

It's a solid customer experience strategy how do you handle permissions SSO for private documents and ensure GDPR compliance?

Currently SSO is not supported but would love to do so based on the customer demand.
The data which is part of the knowledge base is stored and and used in a secured way. The chat data is auto deleted once it is older than 30 days (maximum). The app itself does not retrieve any personal information from the user (end). Along with all this, you have full control to delete any information on demand.

How does your system deal with outdated or conflicting information from different sources?
@camille_mcintyre Currently it considers the latest source as the truth. But that's a very valid question, maybe I will have a report which points out conflicting facts just like data gaps!
