docAnalyzer is your professional AI assistant for document overload and large datasets. Chat with single docs or big projects in any format (including scanned PDFs), automate tasks with AI agents, extract structured data, and collaborate via our Team Plan.

I have been using docAnalyzer for months and I find it very helpful, especially the multiple chat with references.
There is BYOK for multiple AI providers and instructions on how strict the AI should be with the documents.
It's really a good produce
@marco_rocci Thanks. Our philosophy is indeed to be a power tool for power user...
I was lucky enough to find this a couple of months ago. I'm a Social Worker and do research and evaluation work and was looking for a way to compare large data sets and be able to synthesise information quickly. I'm currently working through a dataset of around 500 documents and it's been fabulous in helping me pull together what I need. It's intuitive and easy to tag documents to organise them easily. I like that it also puts direct hyperlinks in the chat so you can review the evidence in docs as well. I had an small issue a couple of weeks ago with a glitch of a couple of credits were marked as being utilised. I emailed the contact email and Chris got back to me within 24 hours resolving it on the spot. I was impressed with the responsiveness and immediate resolution, just made it easy. The program works well, will save you time, and make your life easier. Thanks to Chris and his team, great work! :)
@brooke_richards I'm happy that the tool is useful for your workflow :)
docAnalyzer has gone from strength to strength. I’ve been using it for over a year and a half and have always found it accurate when analysing text. I rely on it for refining and interacting with my research notes, and it manages complex topics and large volumes of text with ease. The ability to choose between multiple LLMs and adjust the depth of responses makes it especially valuable.
@anwyn Thanks. We are not finished to add new features. The Note part in particular is going to expand...

@anwyn @christophe_le_bars I'd love your feedback on https://app.ubik.studio/chat. We have built the only in-file AI annotation agents to highlight text at the line level. Our users are mostly scientists and high-level researchers who love our @ symbol referencing and AI notation tools, unlike any available chatbots or PDF analysis tools.
@anwyn @ieuan_king Well, When i was speaking about Note, i was speaking about our feature that allow users to create "note" which looks and works a bit like "Notion" page. I'm not sure you tried that. Handling PDF note is nice and it's certainly on our roadmap but not a focus right now. I will try your tool. It's fine that there are many alternative on the market...

@christophe_le_bars Absolutely no hate from me <3 I really like the way you have designed the platform, and I am constantly learning from other devs, comments, and critiques!
This is an excellent application, from a personal standpoint , it helps analyse document within the shortest possible time considering the task of reading several journals and articles as a Phd Student. It is a huge intervention for me as a student researcher.
@jonathan_mantey Glad that our tool is useful for you.

@jonathan_mantey I'd love your feedback on https://app.ubik.studio/chat. We have built the only in-file AI annotation agents to highlight text at the line level. Our users are mostly scientists, academics, and high-level researchers who love our @ symbol referencing and AI notation tools, unlike any available chatbots or PDF analysis tools. On top of that, you can search Semantic Scholar and ArXiv and immediately convert open-source papers into interactive AI-ready docs that our agents can mark up like a human.
I've been using docAnalyzer.ai frequently for HR tasks, especially to analyze and screen candidate resumes and for reviewing and summarizing contracts. It consistently saves time and delivers clear, actionable insights. Support is always responsive and highly effective issues are addressed quickly and professionally. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with large volumes of documents in HR or legal contexts.
@abel_pina_costa Thanks for your support Abel.
docAnalyzer has quickly become my go-to tool for research and brainstorming. It helps me dig through huge amounts of papers, pick out the key ideas, and put everything together in a way that actually makes sense. I've even used it for non-scientific books, like fitness guides and productivity reads, to pull out the main lessons and build my own plan. It's super flexible, easy to use, and honestly one of the most useful tools l've come across-I highly recommend it.
@dmytro_spriahailo Thanks for your support!
As an academic student in research, using doc docAnalyzer really helped me. I managed to find the exact passages I needed, saving me hours that would have been spent searching for accurate quotes and parts of text. If you are an academic, or an aspiring academic or even if you work in areas such as public policy and any work where you need to read extensively, docAnalyzer is possibly the best product out there.
@guido_melo Yes academic is one of our great use case!
