App teams waste hours every week manually exporting CSVs from App Store Connect, Google Play, Apple Ads, and Google Ads just to build reports. Easy App Reports fixes that. Connect your developer accounts in minutes, and your data flows automatically to Looker Studio, BigQuery, and all MCP-compatible AIs on autopilot, forever. Official APIs only. No scraping, no shady cookie hacks. Built for app teams who'd rather ship than wrestle with spreadsheets.

Easy App Reports
This looks like a huge time-saver for app teams, but how you handle things like API limits, data delays, and schema changes from platforms like Apple or Google over time? Do users need to maintain anything, or is the pipeline fully self-healing? Also, how deep does the integration go, are you just syncing raw data, or do you also provide pre-built transformations/metrics (like LTV, cohort retention, ROAS) out of the box? And longer term, do you see this evolving into more of a full analytics layer, or staying focused on reliable data piping?
Easy App Reports
@konstantinalikhanov , great questions, thanks for asking! Here it goes:
API limits and schema changes - we handle both behind the scenes. API limits aren't an issue because we process each customer independently. For schema changes, we have a monitoring system that detects new fields, updates schemas automatically, and notifies customers about what changed. Everything is incremental, so nothing breaks.
Data delays - App Store is a 1-day delay, which is reasonable. Google Play varies by table, between D-1 and D-3. We're actively bringing in new data sources that will help close that gap with more real-time data.
Raw data vs. transformations - we started as a raw data pipe, but we've been building on top of it. Today we already calculate ROAS for Apple Ads, real ASO organic downloads, revenue per download, and we pull in metadata like app titles and icons to make dashboards easier to build. With the AI layer, you can also derive basically any custom metric you need on the fly.
Long-term vision - reliable data piping stays the foundation. But the direction is making the data come to you, not the other way around. We started with Looker Studio, added BigQuery, now AI. Next up: mobile app, Chrome extension, and smarter alerts. The goal is that you never have to go looking for your data.
Thanks for the thoughtful questions! Did I reply it correctly? Let me know if I missed anything.
Can relate to this problem a lot since I’ve spent hours doing manual exports. I like how this tool removes that headache completely. For me, automation is everything and this feels like a clean solution. I’d definitely consider trying it for my own apps.

@itohan_blessing_eigbadon I know it's cliche to say this given I'm the founder and everything, but that's precisely why I've built it: to finally get my reporting automated. And now with the AI integrations this got 100x better.
We'd be happy to have you, feel free to signup when you have the chance. And yes, we have a free plan :)
The MCP integration is what sold me on this. I've been pulling App Store data manually into spreadsheets every week and it's such a time sink. Being able to just ask Claude to grab my latest numbers and build a report sounds way too good. Does it support custom date ranges for the data pulls?
Easy App Reports
@mihir_kanzariya glad to hear it!
Yes, it does support custom date ranges. For Google Play we can fetch "all time" data. For the App Store, the API allows data from a bit more than 2 years (Jan 1 2024).
Btw, this is what customers say the appreciate the most about EAR: the freedom to build whatever you want. So you're not constrained to the store's consoles.
We have a free plan in case you want to have explore it first: start here.
Hi Rômulo, hope you’re doing well.
Can I also get access to the raw data? Or will I get locked-in forever?
Thanks!
Easy App Reports
@denis_andrade yes, you can get now only your raw data but also pre-built metrics such as Apple Ads ROAS and true iOS organic downloads to name a couple.
There are multiple ways you can extract your data from Easy App Reports:
- With Google BigQuery: we save all datasets and tables on YOUR BigQuery project, not ours (Pro Plan or higher)
- Native BigQuery to Sheets: your data can be automatically sent to Sheets too if you prefer that
- Via our API: extract your data and store it wherever you want
So you don't ever get locked with us. If you ever need to leave, you can take your data with you. Also, we're GDPR and CCPA compliant so we always respect our customer's right to forget if needed.
Hope to see you onboard soon!
Does it work if I only have apps on one platform, like only iOS?
Easy App Reports
@yurimoreno absolutely. A lot of our customers are iOS-only or Android-only. You connect the sources you have and everything works just the same. No need to be cross-platform to get value out of it.
Apalon Apps
Should actually test it on a new app
Easy App Reports
@egorka agreed ;)
we now have a free plan so feel free to start with that one. you can always upgrade later if you feel like it's worth it.
