EmailBoards streamlines your email communication by turning Gmail emails into manageable tickets all in one place. Simplify your workflow, boost productivity, and ensure no customer query goes unanswered. Bloat free software, focused on getting things done.
Hello everyone! Over the weekend I made an app for my wife and turned it into a small product and I would love to share it with you. π
Instead of learning how to use an already established feature bloated app, I made her an app with the focus on getting things done. With its simplicity it boosts productivity while still keeping the workflow straightforward.
EmailBoards features that just make sense
- Gmail auth
- Add only specific email domains that you want to track (Connections)
- Each connection has its own board with unread emails and tickets tabs
- Mark emails as read or create a ticket
- In the tickets tab manage the ticket status and take quick notes which are saved automatically
This is my first product launch here please let me know what you think any feedback is greatly appreciated, email me directly at dujemarusic@gmail.com π
Congrats on the launch! This looks really useful! The feature to create and manage tickets from emails is a smart touch. Does EmailBoards support any integrations with other productivity tools?
Hey Duje,
How long does it typically take for a team to get up to speed with EmailBoards? Are there any plans to integrate with other email providers beyond Gmail?
Congrats on the launch!
@kyrylosilin Hey I would say it's quite simple to get up to speed, after Gmail auth, just add the connection (sender you want to track) and their unread emails are immediately displayed and you can start using the ticket management. Regarding other email providers that would definitely be the next step in expanding the app.

Hey, found this app through some random scrolling, it's an okay start but feels kinda basic, like does it get too overwhelming when handling multiple connections or is it just me, also, some people might prefer more customization options or integrations with other platforms, any plans on that?

Hey Duje, this looks like a super useful tool, love that you made it for your wife and turned it into a product, the simplicity really stands out and it seems like it'll really help keep my inbox clean, my only concern is how well it manages high email volumes, maybe some future updates could address this? keep up the great work!

Can see why you've aimed for simplicity but has anyone considered adding a prioritization feature so tickets can be sorted by importance? Seems like that'd be a huge help for some of us, also any plans for integrating with other email services besides Gmail or nah
