FAQ Nation is a FAQ management tool that is operated and hosted entirely within the EU. Our focus is streamlining FAQ management through the use of AI.
Here is the BETA version of FAQNation.com which I work since over one year 🙃
The Issue
Each time I navigate to landing pages with FAQs, there is no option to get in touch or ask a question. Instead, you are greeted by bots that do not understand your queries, wasting your time and making it difficult to find a contact option to ask a question. Additionally, there is no option to search through the FAQs.
The Solution
FAQNation helps you manage all your FAQs. You can embed it into your website or use it as a standalone site with your personal brand. It allows users to easily navigate the page and directly ask new questions.
Why You Need FAQNation?
You can use FAQNation as a simple support page or integrate it into your project via API, providing users with all the answers they are looking for. This increases your reputation and user satisfaction.
Great product from @sgroiga
I really appreciate the simple and direct design and UX. It focuses on solving the common FAQ use case with a simple approach + some interesting features on top of it.
Can you explain a little about the GitHub integration that is planned in the roadmap? I think it is an interesting feature for every SaaS that requires integration on client platforms or that provide APIs
@junqueror
1. You can have many versions of FAQs and able to restore at any point
2. You can edit directly in GitHub repo and it will deploy changes in FAQNation
Hey Gabriel! You actually did it. FAQs can be super hard not only to set up but also to keep up them to date, and you'r providing a lot of help on that. Glad to see you building this high-level solution. Keep on that way!
@german_merlo1 hmmm you bring me to the idea of integrating something like a timer, or a "confirmer" which will ask the admin until a time set like 3/ 6/ 9 months.. if the article (FAQ) is still up to date.
I think this can be a nice move to always be up to date. Thanks for your inspiration.
So common pain point! And support tools that I tried usually don't do a good job at directing you to the right ressource within your FAQ. Looking forward to test FAQNation

Original idea, I haven't come across a tool like this before. Based on the product description on the website, it makes sense to give it a try.
