The services offered seem to be pretty simple and many of which are offered by AAA, insurance companies, auto-manufacturers - Why would I use this instead of the more comprehensive services listed above? Better price point? Better customer experience?
@robmo31 Our core added value is we're 30 - 50% cheaper than most repair shops, you can see the work happening, and the mechanic comes to you. Currently our offerings are similar to AAA and insurance companies, but in the coming months we'll have 300+ possible services :)

Love the idea, I'm actually reading this while I wait for a window to be replaced in my car (it was broken into) #welcometoSF
The industry is really bad, there is no way to find out if the quote you've received is reasonable... Yesterday my quote was $300 more than today for exactly the same service in the same shop! Also, it's known that women have a different experience dealing with auto shops. I hope to see a service like this everywhere! Good luck guys!

I know services like these take years to expand to other countries (if at all), which is too bad, I could really use it.
@zainmanji Mexico, also with loads of scam mechanics "unfixing" your car so they can "re-fix" it later. A service like this I think could be a great success on many cities here.

After spending significant time working in the auto repair industry during high school, transparency is definitely something lacking in the industry. I saw you on Justin Kan's snap and thought it was a great idea.
@will_l_sanders That's great, thanks for hitting us up! We are happy you feel the same way. Would love to hear your thoughts on how to make it as transparent as possible...as of now we do that through transparent upfront pricing that's fixed, customers can see exactly what parts are being used, and they get to directly meet the mechanic who is working on there car. Any other thoughts?

Our mechanics love us because they can work on their own time, they get paid at least 2x more than normal, and they love that they have the ability to travel in their respective region.
Our customers love us for 3 main reasons:
(1) Convenience - they don't need to go to the repair shop. Mechanics come to them.
(2) Trust, Honesty, & Transparency - they know what they are getting and why they are getting it.
(3) Price - for most services we are 30-50% cheaper.
