I've been in the tech education/vocational training business for a while now and haven't been this excited about a program since 2013.
Pros:Strong founder with an elegant, scalable solution addressing a huge pain point for both companies and jobseekers alike.
Cons:Nothing obvious. I'm struggling to think of any that aren't addressable.
They have an amazing mission and product that makes tech accessible for people from underrepresented communities.
Pros:Flockjay is addressing a huge gap in today's tech world and is making huge strides to bring much needed diversity and opportunity.
Cons:Haven't seen it live yet!
