New product that instantly made me smile. It fits in between the virtually useless contacts list in Gmail and the distant-feeling CRM in the cloud. Using it made me realise this happy medium of Folk is much quicker for the kind of contact management and outreach most relevant for our company. Plus the overall UX and beautiful UI run rings around the majority of CRMs and contact managers out there.
Pros:Makes contacts super accessible with UX optimised for speed of tagging and collection.
Cons:Would benefit from access to contact enrichment to autopopulate socials, etc.
It's a good start and I like that an app version is on the way. Looking forward to seeing regular updates as comments come in.

Cons:No Yahoo mail. No right click context menus.
After loading my contacts, it actually found more duplicates than Google Contacts. It has synced perfectly with my Google Contacts, so updates done in Folk are reflected in my contacts' list. Waiting to try more features.
Pros:Once you get how to configure it, the campaign feature is really useful to keep track processes (sales, hiring, onboarding, applications).
Cons:The interface could be more friendly.
Product shuttered in mid Sept.
Pros:Looked like a great option, but it shut down a week ago.
