Google Forms is great at collecting data from your users, but doesn't have the option to collect signatures. Formesign adds eSignature to the form you already built. Users sign on any device, everyone gets the signed PDF by email, an audit-ready copy saves to Drive, and responses sync to Sheets.
Guesswork
Whether you are building waivers, patient intake, or consent forms, Google Forms has you covered. Anyone can easily build them in ten minutes. It works on a phone, and responses land in Sheets automatically.
The one thing it can't do is capture a signature. So the moment a form needs one, people fall back to workarounds like adding a checkbox or "type your name here" textbox. But if that agreement is disputed, all you have is a row in a spreadsheet: no signature or audit trail, you can point to. The more serious solution is to use DocuSign, but now you dont get the form responses in Google Sheets.
Formesign adds a signature field to the Google form you already built. Just add it, share the Formesign link instead of the Google Forms one, and your users can fill on any device.
