Google Forms is great at collecting data from your users, but doesn't have the option to collect signatures. Formesign adds eSignature to the form you already built. Users sign on any device, everyone gets the signed PDF by email, an audit-ready copy saves to Drive, and responses sync to Sheets.

Google SheetsFree Online Spreadsheets for Personal Use
4.9 (31 reviews)
Formesign runs on top of Google Forms, and Sheets is where every form response already goes. So this was never a spreadsheet bake-off for us. Sheets is the destination our customers were already using before they found us.
A safety manager collecting inspection forms does not want to learn a new analytics tool. They already know how to search, filter, and write a formula in Sheets. When an auditor asks for March inspections, they filter the sheet and share it, using skills they already have. Every submission lands there automatically, in the customer's own account, so the data is theirs and stays theirs if they ever leave us.

Google Drive for Work$10/month unlimited storage
5.0 (1 review)
Formesign is built on top of Google Forms. Every signed PDF our users collect lands in their own Google Drive, in folders they own, and their responses sit in their own Google Sheets. When a safety auditor asks for six months of inspection records, the manager shares a Drive folder in one click instead of hunting through a filing cabinet.
What made Drive the right foundation is that our customers already live in it. They are not switching to a new platform like Docusign to store compliance records. The signed document lands where their whole team already works, and if they ever leave Formesign, everything stays in their account. We did not want to be another vendor locking customer data inside our own walls. Drive let us build a product where the customer owns their records forever and we just make them searchable, signable, and shareable.
