Pros:Essentially a crowd-funding approach, Fundrise is an exciting way to invest in real estate without having to borrow/buy/manage property.
Cons:I'd love an in-app chat function, even if it wasn't immediate.

It is an easy way to check in on a long-term investment from your phone.
Pros:The Fundrise app shows you everything you need to know about your holdings, progress, and updates.
Cons:The features on the website are very nice so I hope that more featurees get ported to the app later on.
This is the future of real estate investing. Fundrise is constantly sending out updates about all of your investments. The app lays everything out in an easy to follow intuitive UI.
Pros:The Fundrise app allows me to see exactly what projects I’m investing in and how they are performing.
Cons:I can’t think of any.
