For those wanting to invest in real estate but don't have a lot of capital to get started, this is a great alternative. The regular updates are also a great educational tool for those wanting to learn about REI strategies.
Pros:Quick & easy access to check on my investments. I especially like the investment updates provided.
Cons:The app is pretty new, no complaints so far.
Fundrise is the industry leader in this type of investing in my opinion and they make everything easy.
Pros:Easy to invest along with informative updates on where your money is going.
Cons:Let people choose what type of investment they want and create their own portfolio vs. the premise portfolios.

I have had a Fundrise account for almost a year and was delighted that they have released an iOS app so it is easier for me to fund and track my account as I prefer mobile over desktop any day of the week! The app is easy to use and the look and feel is A+. Keep up the good work!
Pros:Clean and sleek interface
Cons:It would be nice to see where the dividends are coming from (e.g. which property)
Mobile app is a good complement to the website. In fact, any and all issues can be addressed via the app
