They scrape my (and your) public github data and created a false representation of who I was (slapped the wrong countries flag on my profile), they claim to have no way to opt out and prevent my data from appearing on their servers. Cold emailed me with the data they harvested and refused to acknowledge any wrong doing, what a wonderful product, illegal by design it seems!

When asked why they wouldn't delete my data, they said their platform wasn't built that way.

They've left me waiting for 28 days for a resolution to my request for the right to be deleted, I'm really looking forward to the clock hitting 30 days so I can let github know they have improperly processed data and let their respective data controller know.

Basic Information Controller policies and an actual legal advisor that knows what they are doing, or better yet shut the whole shady thing down.

I didn't. They illegally signed me up and refused to delete my data. You have a github account? They harvest you too!
