Take control over your health data across providers and countries. HDA parses, translates, summarises, and structures all your health records from 25+ formats + soon wearables and apps, with focus on medical records and logs. Chat to your complete health picture, spot gaps & trends; identify sensitive info and selectively redact it, safely plug into LLMs, share what you choose via fine-grained access controls. Essential for migrants, health tourists, longevity enthusiasts and chronic health
Hospital records tell you (but mostly clinicians/insurers) what happened in a clinic. They don't tell anyone that that prescribed antibiotic didn't work, how your mental health affected your symptoms and the timeline of how it all escalated, or that you skipped that medication because the side effects made you unable to work. They don't tell you what your baseline actually is/was, or what your symptoms look like at 3am versus 3pm, or that the dose that works for most people doesn't work for you. This is the context that only you have. What's yours? What do you know about your own health that no system has ever captured? And what would change if you could effortlessly share it with you clinician?
If you've moved countries what was your biggest health data challenge?
Here's what HDA looks like in practice. Meet Anna a real case shared by one of our early adopters, with some details adjusted for privacy. Her records span Latvia, the UK, and Spain, across three languages. Check out the demo account to see how it looks like.
Multiple profiles writing access (essential for parents and other unpaid carers in real life there are usually more carers for one person, but existing tools aren't built for this reality) removed for the version we're currently launching for a smoother experience
Removing identifiables before interacting with LLMs (or generally exposing your health records publicly)
With all this, top security standards and privacy-first architecture (which doesn't make observability and many other things easy on top of just thinking about privacy at every step and every decision, including frontend)

Love this idea. Explaining your medical history to doctors is often a headache — especially when records are scattered across different clinics and formats.
HDA feels like a really practical way to keep everything in one place and actually understand your own health data. Being able to organize, summarize, and interact with it is super useful.
Feels like something patients should have had a long time ago. Great work! 👏

@polina_shneider thank you so much for helping us with frontend (and for how you approached this) and believing in our mission! It means everything to us!
Maria, this is incredibly inspiring. You can really feel that Health Data Avatar was born from real experience and years of advocacy, not just a basic startup idea.
The insight that patients are the only ones who see the full picture of their health across years, countries, and providers really resonates. Giving people a secure way to capture and structure that story feels like a huge step forward.
Massive respect for the journey - the research, clinical background, and bootstrapping with a community around you. Wishing HDA a fantastic launch on Product Hunt 🚀 Hope it gets the attention it deserves and reaches many people who need it. Good luck to the whole team!

@alex_the_pm Alexandr, it's so heartwarming to hear! From your lips to the algorithm's ears 🙏 Yes, it's incredibly rewarding to see the reaction of people who genuinely needed exactly this tool, after they actually use Health Data Avatar. It makes the sleepless nights worth it, and the lack of any life outside of building and engaging with users and the health tech community.
This looks great, congrats on the launch. As someone who has lived in a couple of different countries and seen the difficulty of moving medical records over, this is a much needed gap.

@matt_clarke5 Thank you so much! My allergy records were lost when I moved from Germany, an experience I don't want to repeat, but it turns out that moving to a different NHS trust can be just as bad.
Health Data Avatar values and features resonate with me greatly. HDA may be a great solution for digital nomads. I'm personallt changed a number of clinics in different countries and it's always painful to get new health data set each time not mentioning moving together with a set of papers. HDA may save time for both doctors and patients giving imporant data for informed decision in treatment.
With HDA I see a huge opportunity to provide best care for our beloved ones sho need assistance and medical help. Having all the data in one place and reasonable access to it for the caregiver provides happier, less stressful and hopefully longer future four our beloved ones.
I've got hands on with the product and see great potential in it!
