You can turn this on by going to ideaflow.app, open the left hand sidebar, and click Settings:

Currently, I know multiple people who have developed an elaborate system combining Apple Notes for Quick Capture with special keywords in the title that they then send to a virtual assistant and then have the virtual assistant update a Notion hierarchical page structure with information resources. I would like to make this flow accessible to everybody.

If I’m driving a car and I have an idea and want to write it down, and then a few minutes later I think of something to say to my mom, and then a few minutes later I think of something to say to my lawyer, I don’t see any other tool on the market that can actually allow me to dictate in a natural way and queue up what I want to say to each of these parties. When I finally show up at a hackathon and need an idea, I search #idea, and it filters all my notes. When call my mom, I search for #@mom, or my lawyer, #@lawyer. I just search. I've been using Ideaflow since early development and I no longer "lose thoughts" because I am able to capture them with Ideaflow quicker than anything else I've used. I also tend to get frustrated with note taking apps once I have too many unorganized notes, but that's not really an issue with Ideaflow because tagging is so fast. This is the longest I've ever stuck with a single note taking account on any service.

This is a neat idea. I have struggled to capture notes and ideas every day, tag them, etc. I just tried the app and it looks good. I do like the training you incorporated. Wish you the best!
@rajeshkan72 Yeah, if you have any problems with organization at all, Ideaflow is the one to solve them! Many of us who made it are neurodivergent/adhd and this solution was created out of personal necessity to allow the quickest capture of thought possible, with the minimum effort of organization possible. It just works!
