Terrible experience from start to finish. First, I paid on their website and wanted a refund. Used their own "get refund" option and they responded with App Store refund links - complete lie since I paid directly on their site, not through Apple. Spent time checking all my Apple accounts as they suggested - obviously found nothing since I never bought through the App Store. Went back to their website just to double-check payment options and clicked "upgrade" to see what was available. They immediately charged me AGAIN without any confirmation step. Now I'm out even more money for a service that wasn't good enough to keep in the first place. Their support team either can't read or deliberately misleads customers. The charging system is predatory - no confirmation, just instant payment when you're browsing. The app itself isn't worth the hassle anyway, which is why I wanted the original refund. Save yourself the headache and find something else. Customer service is dishonest and the payment system is designed to trick you.

I mainly use HyNote for online meetings, and the transcripts are so solid I can skip note-taking altogether. It captures everything the participants says, word for word, and then I just highlight what I need. I still proofread quickly, but it's more about organizing than fixing errors. That's a first for me.

It's crazy how well HyNote handles screenshots. I took pictures of a whiteboard session, uploaded them alongside my audio notes, and it tied the two together. I've tried Notion AI for this, but it doesn't even come close.

I have been using AI Notebook for a while, and the product experience is very smooth and beyond my expectations. I can record my information completely directly through voice, which is too busy. The pain point is solved. I also use the translation and Summarize functions of web pages and Youtube, which is convenient, fast and efficient. It is smoother than other products. I pay great attention to the experience of details and I am very satisfied.
