The character consistency model works well for single-reference images, but for multi-panel manga workflows I'd love to see a "character library" feature where you can save and recall character appearances across sessions. Also, batch generation for comic pages would be huge for creators producing weekly content.
Precise Edit by Ideogram now has a context window, so you can edit images up to 8K at their original pixels.
You mark the area you want changed and describe the edit. Ideogram works inside that region and places it back, so everything outside it comes back exactly as you sent it. No downscaling, no seams, no color mismatch. Small text, logos and fine detail also render sharper.
Key features:
Edit images up to 8K at original resolution
Context window set automatically around your mask or by coordinates
Recolor products, repair logos, replace or remove objects
Runs on Ideogram 4.5, in the app and through the API
API pricing from $0.008 to $0.22 per image
Who it’s for: ecommerce, real estate, interior design and architecture teams, and anyone who needs to fix one detail without redoing the whole image.
Try it in the app or check the API docs.
