Congrats on the launch, Peter! Vanilla sounds like a great solution for simplifying tool management. How does your live chat widget integrate with existing websites, and what are the setup requirements for connecting email to the support inbox?
@hakz thanks, Hakim! The live chat widget should be super easy to integrate. You just copy a code snippet from your settings page and place it on all the pages on your website that you want it to show. Eventually we will add more filtering rules so that you can paste the code all over the site and then just use filters to determine when and where you want it to show up.
Another cool thing is that this snippet will also serve as our universal snippet for Vanilla. So if you use other Vanilla apps in the future, you won't need to do anymore installing stuff on your site if you've already done it once with another app :)
