If you've ever built something on top of Gmail you'll realise how useful this is. Gmail is such a rich product, and everyone uses it differently. Also DOM elements change all the time so you need to keep patching your code. Everyone has a Gmail tab open 24/7 anyway, so it's a great place for new products to be.
One of the major challenges of building gmail plugins has always been the dynamic nature of the product. Since most of the application is actually generated via GWT, a Java library, selectors that plugins rely on are constantly changing. If InboxSDK can consistently abstract that away from the developer and end user, they have something really special!
This is pretty great. We'll definitely be on this in the future - Gmail is like the holy grail of integration!

definitely very useful and we're on board with it, using it to help develop our switchedOn for Teams plugin. Any thoughts on a couple areas:
- Google Inbox web app
- Gmail mobile app
- Google Inbox mobile app
inboxSDK is pretty effing sweet.
we were lucky enough to work with aleem and team on our giphy for gmail extension... and it's great.
this team is building out a rock solid platform that can do some really powerful stuff for a LOT of people.
